Shubham Jaglan leads PGTI Q School Final Stage after round three

Shubham Jaglan fired the day’s best score of three-under 69 to take a one-shot lead after round three of the Final Qualifying Stage of the PGTI Qualifying School 2026 at Kensville Golf & Country Club in Ahmedabad.

The 21-year-old, a two-time runner-up on the PGTI last season, moved to four-under 212 after rounds of 72, 71 and 69. His 69 was one of only two under-par scores on Thursday as windy conditions made scoring difficult.

American Jhared Hack, the overnight leader, slipped to second at three-under 213 after a third-round 73.

A trio of Indians — 16-year-old Kartik Singh, Jujhar Singh and Rohit Baisoya — were tied third at four-over 220.

Jaglan, who turned professional last year after playing in the United States, found early par saves through sharp chipping and putting before gaining momentum from the seventh hole onwards. He picked up four birdies against one bogey over the closing stretch.

“My good performances on the PGTI last year have given me a lot of confidence,” Jaglan said. “I’ve stayed patient through the week and want to keep doing the same in the final round.”

After the fourth and final round, the top 47 players will earn full cards for the 2026 PGTI season.
