Chouhan, Young win Hero Indian Open Pro-Am at DLF

Om Prakash Chouhan and Scotland’s Daniel Young combined to win the Pro-Am ahead of the 2026 Hero Indian Open at DLF Golf and Country Club.

The duo led their team to victory after a three-way tie at 50-under was decided on countback following a tightly contested contest.

Chouhan and Young, who played nine holes each, were supported by amateurs Harpuneet Sandhu, Anil Dev and Gen Mukesh Sabharwal as they edged out the competition in a closely fought finish.

Angad Cheema and Sean Crocker finished second, alongside their amateur teammates Sanjay Jain, Amarinder Singh and Raminder Bajwa.

Third place went to the team featuring James Morrison and LIV Golf’s David Puig, with amateurs Ravi Chopra, Aviraj Chopra and Rohan Khattar.

The Pro-Am sets the stage for the Hero Indian Open, which tees off this week at DLF Golf and Country Club with a prize purse of $2.55 million.

The field will be headlined by PGA Tour winner Akshay Bhatia and Major champion Francesco Molinari, alongside leading Indian professionals.
