Diksha Dagar will lead a five-player Indian contingent at the Women’s Australian Open as the Ladies European Tour continues its Australian swing at Kooyonga Golf Club in Adelaide.
Dagar is joined by Pranavi Urs, Avani Prashanth and Hitaashee Bakshi, while Vani Kapoor enters the field on an invitation, taking the Indian representation to five players.
Dagar arrives in Adelaide with momentum after a top-five finish last week, a result that pushed her into the top 10 of the LET Order of Merit and strengthened her start to the season.
The field is headlined by a strong Australian presence, including Major champions Hannah Green, Grace Kim and Minjee Lee.
Home favourite Kelsey Bennett also tees it up fresh from a breakthrough Ladies European Tour victory at the Australian Women’s Classic, where the 26-year-old secured her maiden title by four shots. Bennett currently leads the 2026 LET Order of Merit and returns to her home open full of confidence.
She is one of 31 Australians in the 144-player field, which also includes World No. 4 Minjee Lee, World No. 9 Hannah Green and two-time LET winner Stephanie Kyriacou.
The Women’s Australian Open returns to the LET schedule with Kooyonga Golf Club hosting the event for the first time since 2020. The classic Adelaide layout is expected to present a stern test for the field competing for a prize purse of AUD 1.7 million.
For the Indian contingent, the week offers another opportunity to build momentum early in the LET season against one of the strongest fields of the year.
